Services & Warranty


Shipping & Delivery:
We crate, pack and ship our machines to North America and worldwide. For US based shipments, besides trucking charges, FDA inspection and customs clearance charges also will apply. For shipments outside North America, the actual sea /air shipping & handling charges will apply on CIF basis and local customs clearance fees, duties and taxes are extra.

Installation and training:

We offer free standard installation and training to our customers located all over North America, which usually takes about 6 hours and we only charge for actual air ticket, road transport and accomodation cost.  For customers located outside North America in addition to the actual ticket road transport and accomodation costs, a man hour fee of US$500 per day would apply. Our machines unlike other similar products are very easy to install and operate. Every machine is included with an exclusive set of operation and maintenance manual with tutorial videos prepared by our trained technicians enabling most of our customers to get their machine up and running by themselves with our technical support.

Technical support:
We offer unlimited 24/7 technical support to our customers for operation, training, maintenance and adjustment through our emails and phone lines. Our customers could get not only  technical support for their issues with our machines but also could have their questions answered for any other related issues such as hints and tips for their different projects and working with Corel Draw and AutoCAD.

Warranty:
1.1. LOGILASE Laser machines have been manufactured to the highest quality standards and are warranted by LOGIMATION to the original purchaser only. This warranty is not transferable.
1.2. Our machines including the laser tube and accessories are guaranteed to be free from defects in workmanship and parts for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. Defects that occur within this warranty period, under normal use and care will be replaced and repaired by us or in some cases the required parts will be shipped to the purchaser free of charge and will be replaced by purchaser with our detailed instructions.

1.3. LOGIMATION reserves the right to replace the product or relevant part with the same or equivalent product or part. Where a replacement is provided the product or part replaced becomes the property of LOGIMATION. Replacement of the product or a part does not extend or restart the warranty period.
1.4. The benefits conferred by this warranty are in addition to all rights and remedies in respect to the product that the consumer has under the Trade Practices Act and similar state and territory laws.
1.5. The warranty is transferable to a new owner, in the event of sale of the product, provided the new owner has the receipt of purchase and the product is still within the guaranteed period.
PROOF OF PURCHASE
1.6. Please keep your purchase receipt or invoice as proof of purchase and as proof of the date on which the purchase was made. The purchase receipt must be presented with the warranty when making a claim under this warranty. If in the event the receipt of purchase is not presented, then this warranty is invalid.
1.7. In the event that no identical Product is available for service or repair, LOGIMATION has the right to replace the product with a device of equal capacity, or offer the customer the choice of a product upgrade which may incur an extra cost.
1.8. This warranty is limited to defects in workmanship or parts. All defective products or parts will be repaired or replaced.
1.9. This warranty does not cover any defect caused by an accident, misuse, abuse, improper installation or operation, lack of reasonable care, unauthorized modification, loss of parts, tampering or attempted repair by a person not authorized by the distributor.
1.10. The warranty will not apply if the factory applied serial number has been altered or removed from the product.
1.11. The warranty will not apply if damage, malfunction or failure resulting from alterations, accident, misuse, abuse, fire, liquid spillage, miss-adjustment of customer controls, use on an incorrect voltage, power surges and dips, thunderstorm activity, acts of God, voltage supply problems, tampering or unauthorized repairs by any persons, use of defective or incompatible accessories, exposure to abnormally corrosive conditions or entry by any insect, vermin or foreign object in the Product.
1.12. This warranty does not cover damage arising during transportation, installation or while moving the product, or to any transportation costs of the product or any parts thereof to and from the owner, unless otherwise specified in these warranty conditions.
1.13. This warranty does not apply whilst outside the country of purchase.
1.14. LOGIMATION will not be liable for any loss, damage or alterations to (1) third party furniture, hardware or software; or (2) programs, data or information stored on any media or any part of the product, no matter how occurring; or for any loss or damage arising from loss of use, loss of profits or revenue, or for any resulting indirect or consequential loss or damage.
1.15. LOGIMATION aggregate liability in respect of all claims under the warranty shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product or, at LOGIMATION’s option, the cost of replacing the Product.
1.16. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of the product or parts.
1.17. LOGIMATION excludes all other warranties, conditions, terms, representations and undertakings, whether expressed or implied.
